Privacy policy
Last updated 14 September 2026
This policy covers the GTA-Moments website and the Clipper application, an internal tool we use to publish our own video clips to our own YouTube channel, Instagram account and Facebook Page.
Who we are
GTA-Moments is operated by Harry Taylor, United Kingdom. Contact: clips@gta-moments.com.
The website
This website does not use cookies, analytics or tracking, and does not collect personal information. Emails you send us are used only to answer you and are not shared.
The Clipper application and Google user data
Clipper is used only by us, on our own computer, to upload videos to the YouTube channel we own. It connects to Google through the YouTube Data API using the following permission:
- youtube.upload: to upload video files, titles and descriptions to our own channel.
- youtube.readonly: to confirm which channel is connected.
Clipper does not access any other Google data. It does not read your videos, comments, subscriptions or contacts, and it is not offered to other users.
The sign-in token Google issues is stored in a configuration file on our own computer. It is not sent to any other service, is not shared with anyone, and can be revoked at any time from myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Clipper's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Meta (Instagram and Facebook)
Clipper publishes to our own Instagram account and Facebook Page through Meta's APIs using a token that belongs to our business account. It does not access data about other Instagram or Facebook users.
Clips of streamers
We publish clips only from streamers who have agreed to be clipped. Every clip credits the streamer and links their stream. A streamer can ask for any clip to be removed by emailing us; we remove it the same day.
Data retention and deletion
Video files, titles and posting records are kept on our own computer and in a private storage bucket we control. To request deletion of anything relating to you, email clips@gta-moments.com.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be published at this address with a new date.
